The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) in planning, organizing and administering all HR Programs to include Credentialing and Payroll functions.
Reports to: Chief Human Resource Officer
Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum Three (3) years related experience and an Associates Degree.
Strong knowledge of Human Resource laws and regulations, SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resource certification preferred.
Able to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Self- starter with the ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to take initiative, be resourceful and deal with changing time lines with minimal directions.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support and coordination for a wide variety of HR Activities including but not limited to:
New Hire Orientations
Benefits administration including 403(B) administration
Job Evaluations Policy Interpretation
LOA processing of FMLA
Recruitment Advertisement Placement
Participate in company and committee meetings as designated.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state HR related law and regulations as well as consistent application of policies and procedures.
Oversees Applicant Tracking program.
Oversees HRIS system.
Provides advice and guidance on personnel matters to Leadership Team members.
Enters Payroll changes; working closely with payroll administrator
Conduct research, work under tight deadlines, develop and organize information.
Work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely.
Handle day to day challenges in a face paced environment.
Demonstrates understanding and commitment of the health center mission.
Demonstrates understanding and commitment to the established CHC Values and Standards.
Other duties as assigned.
This position requires compliance with Caring Health Center’s compliance standards, including its Standards of Conduct, Compliance Program, and policies and procedures. Such compliance will be an element considered as part of the Human Resources Manager’s regular performance evaluation.
From time to time, this position requires the ability to work long and arduous hours.
